Social media for employee Interaction
One of the important factors why organizations can use social networking in their workplace is because it will be easier for them to make communication between employees.
Nowadays, most people including both students and employee use social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Yahoo Massenger and many more as the tools for them to interact with each other.

According to another research, enhancing interaction and networking practices through technology can increase the employee productivity and performance in the workplace.
In addition, social networking can even make employees to work more effectively through enhanced interaction and collaboration.
